Investigators stated that after entering the reservoir, Enias failed to resurface, prompting concern among those nearby. After an urgent search operation, dive crews located him beneath the water and brought him ashore. Emergency medical personnel transported Enias to Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center in Plains Township in critical condition. He was later transferred to Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, where medical teams continued treatment efforts. Despite emergency care provided by hospital staff, authorities confirmed that he died at 12:14 p.m. on Monday. Officials ruled the death an accidental drowning. The coroner’s office stated that standard toxicology testing remains pending and indicated that no autopsy is currently planned.
